Surf and Turf Refrigeration was founded in Mill Valley, California — right in the heart of Marin County — with a clear mission: to bring the highest level of technical expertise and genuine customer care to every refrigeration and HVAC engagement, regardless of the environment or the scale of the project.
Owner Dylan Russell has been fortunate to study under and work alongside some of the brightest minds in Bay Area refrigeration and HVAC. That exposure — across the most technically demanding and varied environments imaginable — has shaped an approach that goes well beyond a typical service call.
Dylan has worked on state-of-the-art wineries and custom crush facilities in Marin and Sonoma Counties, where precision temperature control is measured in fractions of a degree. He's installed and serviced refrigeration systems on luxury yachts, race boats, and sailboats throughout the Bay Area and beyond, developing a deep understanding of the unique demands of marine environments. He's supported laboratory refrigeration systems where accuracy and reliability are non-negotiable.
That breadth of real-world experience is rare. And it's the foundation on which Surf and Turf is built.
